First and foremost, MILLIONAIREX1 is a monthly subscription to the personal success ‘MILLIONIZER’ program and ‘MEMBERS ACCESS’ resource center for self-improvement. The information contained within the MILLIONAIREX1 materials and resource center is strictly for personal growth and educational and training purposes. Therefore, if anyone wishes to apply any of the strategies and principles to their own life, they are taking full responsibility for their own actions and results.

The creators of the resources of MILLIONAIREX1 disclaim all warranties, express or implied, for any particular purposes and shall in no event be held liable to any party for any direct or indirect damages, consequential or inconsequential, arising directly or indirectly from any use of the MILLIONAIREX1 program and its resources.

MILLIONAIREX1: HOME BUSINESS

All subscribers to MILLIONAIREX1 upon activation of their subscription are given a ‘BUSINESS CENTER’ which allows them the opportunity in the form of a home business to earn income from the marketing of MILLIONAIREX1 subscriptions to other people.

The creators of MILLIONAIREX1 do not purport this as a get rich scheme in any manner. The level of success of any individual in attaining the results claimed in any marketing materials depends on the time they devote to learning the business and their application of the strategies and principles. Since these factors differ according to individuals, no one person’s success or income level can be guaranteed.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent the home business of MILLIONAIREX1 and its income potential. However, even though high earnings are possible, there is no guarantee that anyone will earn any money in this program. Examples in any MILLIONAIREX1 websites or marketing materials are not to be interpreted as a promise of earnings. MILLIONAIREX1: COMMISSION PAYOUTS

MILLIONAIREX1 makes commission payouts one time each month on the 15th day of each month.


MILLIONAIREX1: PAYMENT PORTALS

MILLIONAIREX1 uses ALERTPAY as our payment portal provider of choice.

Subscribers to MILLIONAIREX1 are required to set up an ALERTPAY account for sending funds for the monthly subscriptions and for receiving funds for the tri-monthly commissions. ALERTPAY accounts are free to set up.

Fees for sending any monthly subscriptions to MILLIONAIREX1 will be absorbed by MILLIONAIREX1. Fees for receiving any tri-monthly commissions from MILLIONAIREX1 will be absorbed by the subscribers receiving the commissions.

Payment Processor Disclaimer: MILLIONAIREX1 and ALERTPAY are separate independent entities. Any funds in a subscriber’s ALERTPAY account are the full responsibility of the subscriber and ALERTPAY. They are in no way the responsibility of MILLIONAIREX1 in any manner.

ALERTPAY is a Canadian registered corporation and a United States registered corporation and complies with the regulations of the OSFI (Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, Canada), FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) and FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network). All monies deposited with ALERTPAY are FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) and CDIC (Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation) pass-through insured in the U.S.A. and Canada, and are held with federally chartered and regulated banks.

MILLIONAIREX1 may change the payment portal provider of choice or elect to use various other payment portal methods at its discretion for receiving funds for the monthly subscriptions and for sending funds for the monthly commissions. Notice via email and also posted in the ‘MEMBERS ACCESS’ resource center will be given to the subscribers of any changes regarding the status of any payment portals and payment methods.


MILLIONAIREX1: US$40 TOTAL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION COST

MILLIONAIREX1 charges US$30 per month for the 'MILLIONIZER' product subscription.

MILLIONAIREX1 charges an administration fee of US$10 per month for the Business Development System.

MILLIONAIREX1 has no hidden fees or charges above the US$30 per month subscription fee for the 'MILLIONIZER' product and the US$10 per month fee for the Business Development System.


MILLIONAIREX1: REFUND POLICY

MILLIONAIREX1 strictly adheres to the AlertPay Refund Policy which is this:

1. If a refund is initiated within 14 days of receiving the funds, then a full refund is applicable. Both the receiver and the sender will obtain a complete refund including the fees transactions.
2. There are no refunds allowed after 14 days.


MILLIONAIREX1: CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS PART CAREFULLY

FROM ALERTPAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The subscription payment will automatically be processed on the next scheduled payment date. If the buyer does not have sufficient funds available on that date, the subscription will fail and another attempt will be scheduled 2 days after. If the subsequent attempt fails, one final attempt will be scheduled 2 days later. If the last and final attempt fails, the subscription will be cancelled.

NOTE: THE ALERTPAY SUBSCRIPTION TO MILLIONAIREX1 WILL BE CANCELLED BY ALERTPAY.

However, please note, if ALERTPAY cancels the monthly recurring subscription, the subscriber’s membership to MILLIONAIREX1 will not be immediately cancelled. The subscriber has until midnight (EST) on the last day of that particular calendar month to renew their subscription to MILLIONAREX1. The membership of the “cancelled subscriber” will not be terminated by MILLIONAIREX1 until midnight (EST) of the last day of that particular calendar month if the subscriber in question has not yet renewed their monthly subscription by that time.

NOTE: MILLIONAIREX1 WILL NOT CANCEL THE SUBSCRIBER’S MEMBERSHIP IN MILLIONAIREX1 UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT (EST) OF THE LAST DAY OF THE PARTICULAR MONTH WITHIN WHICH THE CANCELLATION OCCURRED. SO THE SUBSCRIBER HAS UNTIL MIDNIGHT (EST) ON THE LAST DAY OF THAT PARTICULAR CALENDAR MONTH TO RENEW THEIR SUBSCRIPTION TO MILLIONAIREX1.

Cancellation of any subscriber’s membership to MILLIONAIREX1 will result in their access to the ‘MILLIONIZER’ program and ‘MEMBERS ACCESS’ resource center of MILLIONAIREX1 being cancelled from the first day of the new month and their personal MILLIONAIREX1 network and all future earnings will pass up to their next immediate actively subscribed sponsor with immediate effect.

MILLIONAIREX1 subscription cancellations are IRREVOCABLE and NON-REVERSIBLE with immediate effect after midnight (EST) of the last day of the particular month within which the cancellation occurred.

Maintenance of AlertPay accounts and any cancellations are the FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUBSCRIBER. So please ensure your AlertPay monthly recurring subscription is never cancelled by ensuring your email address with AlertPay is correct so that all cancellation emails from AlertPay are received and read and acted upon.

SOLUTION: The simple procedure is to make certain you always have sufficient funds in your AlertPay account or you have a valid credit card attached to your AlertPay account to ensure your recurring monthly subscription to MILLIONAIREX1 is never cancelled.

In the unfortunate event that your AlertPay recurring monthly subscription to MILLIONAIREX1 is cancelled, you may re-subscribe to MILLIONAIREX1 at any time. If this re-subscription takes place within the month of cancellation, nothing will change. However, if your new subscription takes place after the month of cancellation, this will result in new placement of your membership position within the MILLIONAIREX1 database.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled by a subscriber at any time they desire to cease their subscription to MILLIONAIREX1. Once done, their access to the ‘MILLIONIZER’ program and ‘MEMBERS ACCESS’ resource center of MILLIONAIREX1 will cease at midnight (EST) of the last day of that particular calendar month and their personal MILLIONAIREX1 network and all future earnings will pass up to their next immediate actively subscribed sponsor.

TO REPEAT: MILLIONAIREX1 SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS ARE IRREVOCABLE AND NON-REVERSIBLE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AFTER MIDNIGHT (EST) OF THE LAST DAY OF THE PARTICULAR MONTH WITHIN WHICH THE CANCELLATION OCCURRED. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE CANCELLATION BY ALERTPAY AND MILLIONAIREX1 NEVER HAPPENS.


MILLIONAIREX1: TIME ZONE

MILLIONAIREX1 operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST). All subscriptions and commissions are calculated using EST from 00:00:00 on the first day of the month to 23:59:59 on the last day of the month, every month.


MILLIONAIREX1: CORPORATE POLICIES

One-Position-Per-Member Corporate Policy: Though this is difficult to monitor for MX1 Admin, it is highly discouraged by MILLIONAIREX1 for any one person to have more than one membership position within the MILLIONAIREX1 program. The reasons are thus: One membership within MILLIONAIREX1 provides the subscriber with full access to the ‘MEMBERS ACCESS’ resource center, it allows for complete daily receiving of the ‘MILLIONIZER’ webpage and video, and it allows the subscriber total freedom to conduct the home business opportunity of MILLIONAIREX1. There is absolutely zero ethical reason for any one person to have more than one membership position within the MILLIONAIREX1 program. Any subscriber found deliberately flaunting this corporate policy will be terminated forthwith from MILLIONAIREX1 and all membership privileges shall be immediately revoked. If any subscriber knows they have accidentally or deliberately flaunted this rule, please send an email to MX1 Admin and a compromise win-win solution shall be sought whereby the subscriber can still retain ownership of their main membership position.

Transfer-Of-Sponsorship-Position Corporate Policy: It is neither legal nor ethical for MILLIONAIREX1 to transfer any particular subscriber’s position to another position within the MILLIONAIREX1 database. This means that once any particular subscriber joins MILLIONAIREX1 under any certain sponsor, this is the final fixed position of that subscriber. The programming systems of MILLIONAIREX1 are highly sophisticated and work in real-time and do not allow for transfer of membership positions or transfer of sponsors. However, there is one exception to this corporate policy. If the misplacement of position or sponsor can be proven to be attributed to online interference from banners or cookies or spyware or any other miscellaneous digital devices that proliferate on the internet, MILLIONAIREX1 will consent to look at individual cases. If these individual cases are also further supported by requests in writing expressing the desire of both the subscriber and the new sponsor to the new change of position, MILLIONAIREX1 may grant in favor of this change of position and sponsor. SOLUTION: When sponsoring a new member into MILLIONAIREX1 ensure the prospect knows your “username” and confirms that your “username” is the one on the sign-up page at the time the prospect joins MILLIONAIREX1. This correct “username” is used by default in the software of MILLIONAIREX1 but old information from banners or cookies or spyware or any other miscellaneous digital devices that proliferate on the internet may cause the occasional error of placement. But be assured this is rare indeed.

Cancelled ‘Cycle Subscribers’ Corporate Policy: This concerns any cancelled subscribers that have cycled within the month of cancellation. Subscribers have easy 24-7 access to their genealogy reports online via the ‘MEMBERS ACCESS’ link. Therefore, if any subscriber wishes to cease their MILLIONAIREX1 membership by cancelling their monthly subscription, they may do so. But their rights to any earnings that may have resulted from “cycles” that may have been created by their matrixes during that particular month will be forfeited. Solution: Check your genealogy online before you cancel. If you can see that you will earn income from any cycles during that particular month, do not cancel your subscription. Easy!

MX1 Admin Accessibility: The staff of MX1 Admin are online for many hours every day of every month. If you have any questions whatsoever concerning your subscription --- and the answers to your questions or concerns are not listed within the extensive ‘QUESTIONS & ANSWERS’ webpage of your MILLIONAIREX1 website --- please send an email to MX1 Admin and one of our staff will respond to your email usually within 24-48 hours. The ‘CONTACT MX1 ADMIN’ email link is within the ‘MEMBERS ACCESS’ resource center of your MILLIONAIREX1 website.

Contact Information: It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date within the ‘PROFILE’ link within the ‘MEMBERS ACCESS’ resource center. Damaging Intent: Any subscriber engaging in chat, email, postings, or any other medium that is deemed damaging to MILLIONAIREX1 or its subscribers, will be terminated from MILLIONAIREX1. Depending on the seriousness of any particular instance, MILLIONAIREX1 may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

SPAM: All forms of spamming are strictly prohibited with the MILLIONAIREX1 program. This enforcement is for the benefit of all subscribers. Subscribers proven to be participating in such activities will have their subscriptions cancelled and any membership privileges revoked.

Independent Entities: No joint venture, agency, partnership or employment agreement exists between any subscriber and MILLIONAIREX1. Both parties are considered independent entities, which are separate and distinct from each other at all times.

Claims: Any subscriber cannot bind MILLIONAIREX1 to any obligation, and that subscriber shall indemnify, defend and hold MILLIONAIREX1 from and against any and all claims, demands, cost and expenses arising out of the subscriber’s activities in relation to the implementation of the program or home business of MILLIONAIREX1.

Tax: Individual subscribers are responsible for any and all taxes payable in their particular resident domicile or jurisdiction for any income received either from MILLIONAIREX1 or any programs promoted via MILLIONAIREX1.

Transfer or Inheritance Corporate Policy: Ownership of subscriptions to MILLIONAIREX1 are fully transferrable from party to party and are also inheritable by the heirs of the deceased subscriber. Notification in writing to MILLIONAIREX1 Corporate Admin must accompany any such requests for transfer or inheritance.

Junk Mail Filters: Subscribers are advised to allow all emails to be received from these MILLIONIAREX1 domains: @millionairex1.com and @mx1mail.com and @millionizer.com and @empoweredmillionaire.com

Private Information: Any information collected is solely for the use of MILLIONAIREX1 and will not be sold or used unlawfully. MILLIONAIREX1 will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member, unless required by law.

Dispute Resolution: Subscribers involved in any disputes either with MILLIONAIREX1 or other subscribers shall make efforts in good faith to resolve disputes quickly and fairly, though neither party should be required to waive the protections afforded under applicable laws.

Due Diligence: It is understood that any subscriber undertakes the duty to exercise reasonable diligence in investigating and evaluating the MILLIONAIREX1 program.

Legal Advice: As always, when pursuing any new venture, the advice of a competent legal or accounting professional should be sought.

Amendments: It is the right of MILLIONAIREX1 to amend any parts of its program without prior notice. Though any amendments will be posted in the ‘MEMBERS ACCESS’ area of the website for any subscriber to view.

Updates: It is the right of MILLIONAIREX1 to amend any provisions of this agreement without prior notice. Though any amendments will be posted in the latest ‘Terms and Conditions’ link on the website for any subscriber to view.
